Agents that pay for consent

A brand's payment agent licenses a creator's likeness from the creator's own agent (A2A), gets the payment conditions as an AP2 Cart Mandate, signs a Payment Mandate with the brand wallet, and the HSP Gateway executes the stablecoin payment on HSK Chain. A render is recorded only after its payment executed on chain, and a revoked licence stops the next payment.
